FAQ

Where are you based?

Melbourne, Australia

What do I receive when purchasing an artwork?

All my art is signed on the front, and the title, medium and date is recorded on the back. All original paintings are varnished and protected. You will also receive a separate signed Certificate of Authenticity.

What type of canvases and frames do you use?

I use a range of high artist quality 326gsm poly cottons, 355gsm Italian linens and premium heavy duty 12 oz Cotton Duck canvases. Frames are custom made in solid Tasmanian Oak.

What products do you use?

I love exploring different mediums however my favourite paints to use are acrylics by Derivan Matisse (Flow), Liquitex Professional Soft Body Acrylics and Posca Paints. I also use Staedtler Mars Lumograph charcoals and pencils for my mark making. Paint is protected by two layers of artist quality UV protectant varnish to ensure your artwork is sealed and protected for many years to come.

Are you currently accepting commissions?

No. Commissions are currently closed. For updates on newly released work, follow my Instagram account @emilyflaniganartist.

Do you ship internationally?

As of right now I only ship to Australia. If you live outside of Australia feel free to email me at emilyflaniganart@gmail.com and we can discuss shipping options.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

I use a variety of different freight companies depending on the size and nature of the item being shipped. For this reason I am unable to accept PO Boxes as a delivery address.

Can I return a painting?

Due to the sensitive nature of transporting art, returns and exchanges are not offered on original works of art for change of mind.
Please head to the refund policy at the bottom of the page for more information on returns.
